Got here for a 10am appointment…at 9:50am….ive been waiting and it’s now 11:22 am. There are other people here for 10am appointments as well and there seems to be only one Dr here. This place is a joke if it wasn’t that I HAVE to be seen here I’d have left already. Wish I could put ZERO stars because the professionalism is horrible here. Not to mention the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. Staff is rude.
I have had a pleasant experience during both of my visit for treatment after a car accident where I was rear ended on the highway. I have seen Dr.Cohen and Dr.Frazier both are very competent doctors who are helpful and knowledgeable. I feel they both listened to my concerns and addressed/treated appropriately. The ladies at the front desk and nurses are always friendly. Thank you Primier Orthopedics!
Signed me up for an appointment I didn't consent to and charged me for one I canceled before their 24hr cut off, I get the medical system is stressful but it helps to pay attention to the patients instead of generating income for insurance companies.
