Showed up for an appointment after driving over an hour and was turned away because they “felt they could not help me”. I guess they couldn’t decide that before I made the trip down, huh? Not to mention the day I took off work. No phone calls to cancel appointment either. 😡 Smh….
Got there at 10:50am to be on time to an 11am appointment with my husband. We sat in the waiting room from 11am to 12:21pm a hour and 21 mins. Just for them to tell me I can't go back with my husband. The previous appointment iv been going back with to help keep up with all this doctors stuff. But this one doctors franchetti tell me I can go back with me. Not understanding that I'm his suppose and I help keep up with his appointment and stuff.
Got here for a 10am appointment…at 9:50am….ive been waiting and it’s now 11:22 am. There are other people here for 10am appointments as well and there seems to be only one Dr here. This place is a joke if it wasn’t that I HAVE to be seen here I’d have left already. Wish I could put ZERO stars because the professionalism is horrible here. Not to mention the front desk people are rude and unhelpful.
