After being bounced around a bit I ended up with a consult with Dr Smail. I wish I would have started with her. She is FANTASTIC!! She is thorough, empathetic, and kind. I could see the wheels spinning in her head while reviewing my images. She showed me things even I was unaware of that contributed to my ongoing pain and mobility issues. My first appointment today. And I couldn’t be more happy! Jessica the Physician Assistant is the sweetest! And Josh who does X-Rays but does other things too. I felt the love , the compassion and the care. I’m so looking forward to having them as apart of my care team! They are truly wonderful! Thank you Jessica and Josh! Everyone was so kind. Thank you.

I was referred between providers and required to see a PA before being seen by an MD, despite clearly stating that I preferred to see an MD directly. I left the second appointment without a comprehensive care plan. When I raised questions and concerns, both the PA and MD responded emotionally. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and resulted in a loss of time and money.

Had a back surgery in April and my back still kills me to the point of not being able to sleep at night have called numerous times to get refills on the pain medication and they act like I’m faking it and stuff and I’m not rich whatsoever and can’t get a call back from anybody at the office so don’t expect them to call you back at all they act like because I used to be a drug addict about 15 years ago that I’m faking this stuff or that I’m super woman and am immune to the pain which clearly I’m not I’m literally sick and tir... read more
