Took almost 8 months to get an appointment. There is one receptionist who is so unnecessarily rude over the phone. My refills for medication (needs prior authorization each month) are constantly ignored. The pharmacy even reaches out multiple times and gets no response. I do not take pain medicine- but was prescribed a medication that is DANGEROUS to suddenly stop taking. Dr. Smail is a great surgeon. She doesn't do an operation unless she thinks that you really need it and if you get operated on by her, she takes her time if she needs to go past the time slot, she will go past and extend your surgery until everything it's done that She thinks needs to be done!!She takes her time with her patients and makes sure that they have everything they need. The new Dr Cordell and Mandy are amazing. They help me anyway they can. The old Dr Forbod was quick to get you out. Never listened and didn't care. So I pray we get to keep these two..
