Exceptional bedside manner and care. Always helpful
Was satisfied w the treatment and explanation ... but arrived for my appointment 10 min early to fill out paperwork (I was a new patient)... But was kept waiting for an hour in the waiting room ... no one offered any explanation or apology... I was told they were “waiting for a room to open up”... but they had open rooms for all the other patients who came in after me??... considering we were the only ones in the office with natural tans... if the appointment wasn’t for my son I would have left!... even afterwards I asked ag... read more
