Great doctors and staff. The billing part of this business is HORRIBLE ! I was told my insurance didn't cover my visit (30 days after my visit). Only to find out later after I paid out of pocket that the insurance did pay the bill after being sent the explanation of benefits. They were paid twice and 5 months later I'm still getting the run around for a refund of my personal payment. Dr. D’andrea is unprofessional and very cold. I went there a couple weeks ago for a surgery consult after having no success with conservative treatments, including 3 ESIs, for lumbar herniations on L5 and S1 nerve roots. She not only dismissed my pain but she writes in my medical record that it probably is Lymes disease, a vitamin deficiency, or Rheumatoid arthritis. I decided to get a second opinion. I called to ask for my records to be sent to the new doctor for my appointment and was told its normal policy to give the office 5-7 business days and that the records woman would not have time to send them today. At this point I drove to Pottstown to collect my records myself so I could bring them with me. I arrived at Premier Orthopaedics at Pottstown at 10:20am on Thursday, July 1, 2021. While Dr. D'Andrea is very knowledgeable, this review is based her the outer staff. I had an appointment for 10 am today, and came early. After waiting 30 minutes, we still had not been called. I do understand that it is a doctor's office and appointments overlap. However, when the Doctor has an emergency and the receptionist/assistant doesn't inform waiting patients of the fact is wrong.
