It was my very first visit to the Collegeville office. While the doctor was very friendly, I felt like I was being rushed.
Just left there I was assigned ANNA BUI and let me just say for someone really down in the dumps dealing with a blown out knee she was amazing she was professional she was positive and dotted every eye and crossed every T anyone looking for a good ortho I would highly recommend seeing Dd Anna BUI !!!!!
My experience with Premier Orthopaedics was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The problems began just trying to make an appointment. The call center staff were condescending, disorganized, and seemed completely untrained. During one interaction, I was actually hung up on.
