HAD 2 PRP injections. Horrible service with DR rushing to finish the procedure in 5 mins. Charged 550 for each injection. No follow up and no consideration of the patient time and money. If you ask questions about PRP before hand on email -for email response to promote PRP they charge it to medicare without your permission. Unethical medical practice. If questions are asked - receptionist will show you the way to door. No empathy about patient discomfort or hot weather. Patients beware about this medical practice.
If there were 1000 stars, I would give them all to Professor Dr. Justin. His expertise and professionalism are beyond exceptional. From the very first moments, it’s clear he carries years of experience and deep knowledge in his field. His approach combines outstanding medical skill with genuine humanity and compassion. Dr Paoloni & his secretary fitted me in straight away straight after my orthopaedic appointment Very nice .
Dr Paoloni is an incredible Professor. He has been treating me for a length of time after foot surgery which unfortunately left me with a lot of pain and has affected my knee. He is ALWAYS friendly and professional. He has always communicated well with me and has given me strength to not give up and has informed me of many options. I cannot fault the care and treatment I have been given by Professor Paoloni.
The only treatment Dr Justin Paoloni offers is PRP. It is recommended 3 injections over 6 weeks (one every 2 weeks). Due to Dr Paoloni going overseas he rushed mine to be 1 injection every week. At $500 an injection that is not claimable through Medicare, Private Fund or workers comp. So all had to be paid privately.
