Worst experience ever! I fractured my wrist and was referred to PREMIER Orthopedic. Called daily, left emails and voicemails—no response for a week. Their voicemail promises a 24-hour callback—total lie. Endless phone loop, no follow-up. Had to ask my doctor for a new referral. Avoid!
