They don't keep the schedule and never call in advance before you call. Asking payment first before issuing the invoice. Even the final amount is not same as the estimate.
Totally unprofessional on the roads. Tailgating and cut me off for more than once. If they drive like this I wouldn't even trust them with my trash. Thankfully they decked out their van so I knew just where to leave the review. Thanks
Not worth to use this company avoid it and don't waste your money
Edit: There was no threats or disrespect towards the technician. The technician was hired by property management company. The technician (who forgot his tools and parts) begun to be irritated and rude after his dispatch gave him the wrong info. Whatever you do, DONT hire this company. No urgency to fix issues despite heat being a vital service and take frustration like forgetting their own tools annd items out on customers.
*****Updated! **** Avoid at all costs! I had the exact same items replaced twice on my condo hvac fan coil system! First time they charged me one price, second time was less then two years later, I was billed for almost double what I first paid. Not a heads up that the prices have gone up considerably was even given before installation. From 450$ to above 870$. When I brought it up to them they said in good faith they will take off ten percent which puts it just under 800$ at 790.$ still a huge jump. I have called two other ... read more
