Doctor Obiekwe is a sweet and caring doctor,I feel so comfortable around her and I love her caring spirit,and her nurses are awesome.and the new office is all that and some and she decored it herself and did an amazing job,I wouldn't advise her to change nothing that she's doing
I went with my mom to an appointment after being referred from the ER to see a gynecologist. She looked up the reviews on this place and was impressed. Unfortunately after waiting 3 hours we were called back just for the doc to walk in and tell her she scheduled an ultrasound and appt for a week later. She did not address any concerns and was in and out in a flash. We had high hopes but was let down pretty bad.
After making an appointment asking all the necessary questions and assumed I was getting correct answers my insurance and everything was verified, drive hour and half to get there sit in waiting room 30 mins wait in the examination room an hour 10mins to behold to be hassled about money and still no doctor first and last time going there I was in alot of pain ended up going to the emergency room.
Dr. Obiekwe delivered my first baby... I was so clueless, but she was always there to help and answer any questions. The whole staff is super nice. Plus, most doctors probably would've given me a C-section in the circumstances of my labor/delivery, but Dr. Obiekwe did everything she could to ensure I had a natural delivery and succeeded! She's an amazing woman and excellent doctor... Now that I live in KY, I always wish I could come back to Auburn/Opelika just to have her catch my babies. Highly recommend!
