The gist of this review is that my engine failed and had to be replaced but since the car is under warranty and I don't have to pay for it, they will not do the work. They are not honoring the warranty agreement. I recently bought my first Nissan. It's less than 2 years old but the engine completely failed while I was driving it on H-1 and I had it towed to New City Nissan to repair since it is still under warranty. I just left Auffenburg Nissan. After 3 hours of back and forth they REFUSED to honor their website price on a 2026 Nissan Rogue. They completely ignored the advertized discounts and tried to sell it to me for MSRP. This is an obvious BAIT and SWITCH. Real scum they are.....

Today I called in to Bates Nissan. I spoke to a rude man by the name of Nate in the service department. Therefore, I asked to speak to the sales manager. Nate just left me on hold.
