Ricky was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process with my car. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his patience and great customer service. Management was also very welcoming and efficient. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! We were supposed to buy a new 2025 Nissan Armada from them, filled out the credit application last Thursday and completed a contract with the terms shown in the pictured offer last Friday. We agreed on an OTD price as long as we financed with them but heard nothing after the contract (despite our credit score being excellent).
