I called to make an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was exceptionally rude. She didn’t even say goodbye at the end of the call. She just hung up.

I asked my PCP to refer me to Premier Neurology in Fall 2024, after becoming very sick from COVID and losing my ability to move/walk on my own. While there was a waiting period to get a new patient appointment, it wasn't excessive. At the time, it was the end of my world...but looking back, it really wasn't too long of a wait (maybe 2 months.) I called several times during that waiting period, and grew quite frustrated with my worsening condition. However, they still continued to be kind to me even in my weak/angry moments. ... read more
