I asked my PCP to refer me to Premier Neurology in Fall 2024, after becoming very sick from COVID and losing my ability to move/walk on my own. While there was a waiting period to get a new patient appointment, it wasn't excessive. At the time, it was the end of my world...but looking back, it really wasn't too long of a wait (maybe 2 months.) I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude and unprofessional from the receptionist to the doctors who decided to cancel my appointment when I was there before my appointment time. even though there were no patients waiting to be seen. I waited 10 minutes while the receptionist talked on the phone and handled another patient before she decided to say something to me about not coming early enough. I have MS and a complex case and am needing a second opinion regarding treatment decisions. Dr. Hughes was recommended to me for a second opinion, so my PCP sent a referral. I explained several times when scheduling the appt that I was seeking a second opinion/consultation from Dr. Hughes. The person who scheduled my first appointment acknowledged this.
