Dr. KHURRAM is the only decent thing about this practice. The office staff makes the establishment look bad. Lack of communication brings misunderstandings and frustrations. And to beat all, after noticing this review, I was discharged from their care. I wonder if all of the other bad reviews were discharged from their care because of their freedom of speech? Oh well. I was seen by Dr. Aslam, and she was wonderful. She ordered an MRI and scheduled another appointment for us to go over the results. However, when she received the results just a few days later, she called me to tell me it was urgent and told me to call the front desk and schedule a telehealth appointment with her ASAP (so that we could talk about the results and she could refer me to a neurosurgeon). Worst possible practice that I've ever had to deal with. If i could add the discussions made through texts in the Healow app they require you to use, i would. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS QUACK! I would charge them stars if i could. 3 years of rudeness and disregard to my concerns or questions. Saima Khurram lied to me from the start.
Let me start by saying Dr. Khurram is an amazing neurologist. She cares about her patients and will do anything to make sure you get your medication. HOWEVER, the people who work at her office are terrible people who are miserable, so they want to make other people miserable. Every time I’ve gone the people at the front desk are unhelpful, unkind, the lady, Kim (?) has such a mean tone, the office MANAGER (i don’t know what his name is) is so condescending and rude, and they always overbook Dr. Khurram.
