I'm so thankful for Dr. Khurram. She is thorough in her examination, treating me as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis. She finally figured out what was wrong with me when my rheumatologist couldn't. I am now receiving the medical care I need.
The only reason for the q star is the doctor is great. The man that runs the office is not a nice human. Arrived at 9:50 for 10:00 appointment for some tests. At10:20. Went to window to ask if they were just running behind or would I be seen soon. The man that was working, man with accent, was so rude. He told me it was going to be another 30 minutes. Dr. KHURRAM is the only decent thing about this practice. The office staff makes the establishment look bad. Lack of communication brings misunderstandings and frustrations. And to beat all, after noticing this review, I was discharged from their care. I wonder if all of the other bad reviews were discharged from their care because of their freedom of speech? Oh well. I was seen by Dr. Aslam, and she was wonderful. She ordered an MRI and scheduled another appointment for us to go over the results. However, when she received the results just a few days later, she called me to tell me it was urgent and told me to call the front desk and schedule a telehealth appointment with her ASAP (so that we could talk about the results and she could refer me to a neurosurgeon).
