This place needs to be shut down. Unprofessional. Untimely. Uncaring
Drs here don’t care about their patients at all. Impossible to even get on the phone and even when you have an appointment, there’s literally a sign on the door when you walk in that says “have all your questions ready you will only see the doctor for 15 minutes”. I’ve been in ridiculous pain from a legitimate medical issue that they still haven’t figured out, and refused to treat my pain. Not sure why the reviews are so low, but I had 10 star service, both by the front desk - Neha, and Dr. Aslam. Dr. Aslam was everything I hoped she would be. So thorough, so investigative and so sweet. I am grateful she is looking deeply into my issue, as I have not had anyone who has got to the bottom of it. So happy I found this practice.
I saw dr Khurran in the hospital and she was good. I was told to follow with her when I got out. I called 3 times in a weeks time leaving a message explaining that I was told to see her and that I was getting worse. Each time I was more adamant that I needed to see her. No one ever called me back!!
I got a massive bill and tried to get to the bottom of it, unfortunately, their front office is impossible to reach. I was able to get in contact with their billing provider and turns out they entered my insurance information incorrectly. The providers are great, it sucks that they're getting overshadowed by poor operational procedures.
