The woman at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, my experience with the man at the front desk was very unprofessional. I drove over an hour to get there, but I ended up leaving within minutes because of the poor interaction. While I can't speak to the doctor’s abilities, I’d recommend considering the front desk staff's professionalism before making an appointment.
The doctor at this neurology office was knowledgeable and provided good medical care, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was overwhelmingly negative because of the office staff. The team was consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and made every simple task feel like a burden. This place needs to be shut down. Unprofessional. Untimely. Uncaring
Drs here don’t care about their patients at all. Impossible to even get on the phone and even when you have an appointment, there’s literally a sign on the door when you walk in that says “have all your questions ready you will only see the doctor for 15 minutes”. I’ve been in ridiculous pain from a legitimate medical issue that they still haven’t figured out, and refused to treat my pain.
