Communication was always very quick and timely from Erik. The one thing I would have liked to know earlier was the loan approval. Having a couple days to let my apartments know that I am moving out is not a really good position to be in. Otherwise, I thought the process was way easier than it has been in the past and I think Erik's team made it great.

This was our first time buying a stick and brick home (as we call it in the south). We have bought mobile homes, but the process is vastly different.
