Owner is rude, she doesn’t even say hello just wa yu wan and leaves you in the air after asking. Need to do better
I got my nails done less than a week ago and already one nail broke. Then when I went to get it fixed they had me waiting even though I was the first customer in the shop.
I am convinced that Hamilton nail places dont care about their patrons by providing the basic service. I walked in unannounced the establishment was clean and the greeting upon arrival was forced and not pleasant. I got a basic pedicure which was mediocre. The massage chair are somewhat high tech for what I'm used to. However when I'm going in for a relaxing service I dont expect to be forced to listen to blaring distorted techno music for 45 minutes. Charged 55 dollars for a single nail repair and polish change. Outrageous. Said the same you got a line when I asked as I see they have told others. Said the polish change alone was 30 dollars. And the work is not that good.
