I loveee Tina and only come here for her but the girl at the front always seems to have this dry attitude with horrible customer service. This is my 6th time here and she gives off a horrible demeanor EVERY SINGLE TIME. Everyone else here is so nice but she is not and is bad for business. Also they never have enough workers and don’t allow you to do appointments Friday-Sunday.

I got dip on my nails at this salon. The lady that did them was nice. Service was good. But the process is not what I’m used to. After she was done with my nails, she put a clear coat over my nails and had me sit in front of a fan. My friend got the exact same thing just different color and she did not have to put her nails under a fan. My nails took forever to dry. I went in to Premier nail bar in Conroe over the spring break, I had a nail emergency. My nail was hanging on by a thread and I didn’t have time to drive to the place my mother took me in katy. I rarely get my nails done, this is a new treat for me since I can now do it. My man & my son and I, had got our pedicure, we enjoyed every minute. we love the massage chairs... we love the great service we got.. it was clean and very beautiful... and they give 2 drinks with your pedicure..! they have a variety of drinks too, we will be coming back....
