We always come here for our nails, wax and temp makeup we Love this place the staff always do a great job & are nice, thank you.
I have been here with my family to get pedicures a bunch of times and when I got my nails done for my birthday they gave me the worst rushed service the lady who was doing my nails literally yelled at me and caught an attitude when I started questioning about prices for designs at the end of the day I am a paying customer and was treated so unprofessional I paid 72 dollars for a set and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars for a design and I didn’t even get gel I didn’t even get a color polish I have the basic powder color on... read more
Don’t ever come here! So overpriced & the Conroe location lost my business after today & I had a 50 dollar tip for it was a special day for me for their great technicians but they messed up after today. First off the receptionist was rude & kept just playing on her phone & got mad at me because I accidentally got my order wrong. I get it she may have had a rough day, I don’t know her story but it doesn’t give her a right to sound condescending like that. Jenny at the Conroe location is amazing! She took time to ask me what I wanted and then explained the options. I love my nails and they are beautiful. Also, Anna did an outstanding pedicure for my husband and he was impressed. Thank you Jenny and Anna!!!!
Poor service and needs to hire people that know how to do nails. Don't let the men here do your nails
