You call there no one answers the phone to put you on hold. For ten minutes then the phone goes dead, hang up on you. Do you have a job to do? Why is it so hard!
I had a MRI done at the Madison Heights location. The girls that worked there were very friendly and much nicer than the girls at Basha in Royal Oak. For now on I will be using Premier MRI. I had no wait at this location. Basha told me when I arrived I had 8 people in front of me and it would be at least 2 hours. I walked out and did not return.
Felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. Kristen made me very comfortable, Answering all my questions and concerns. She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Shannon, the MRI tech went above and beyond in my opinion to make me feel comfortable knowing I do not like MRIs even though it was a much much bigger MRI machine not a tube style. Bottom line they were both great!!! Hopefully I won’t need another soon , but if so no question I will be going back there..
Had a perfect experience getting an MRI here. Krista at the front desk was delightful. Called to confirm my appointment and handle my pre check in, once I arrived she created me with a smile and “good morning, Jason”. She was already prepared for me. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. I was taken to the MRI room by Jordyn. She was very attentive and e planned the entire process to me. This is a real open MRI facility.
