Felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. Kristen made me very comfortable, Answering all my questions and concerns. She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Shannon, the MRI tech went above and beyond in my opinion to make me feel comfortable knowing I do not like MRIs even though it was a much much bigger MRI machine not a tube style. Bottom line they were both great!!! Hopefully I won’t need another soon , but if so no question I will be going back there..
Had a perfect experience getting an MRI here. Krista at the front desk was delightful. Called to confirm my appointment and handle my pre check in, once I arrived she created me with a smile and “good morning, Jason”. She was already prepared for me. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. I was taken to the MRI room by Jordyn. She was very attentive and e planned the entire process to me. This is a real open MRI facility. Absolute worst place to get an MRI and an incompetent radiologist who needs to go back to school and learn how to transcribe an MRI correctly. First there machine goes down and delays my care for over a week. Than the MRI report is missing the vital piece of information my doctors need. I wouldn't recommend coming here or a loved one or pet. You will just need to go someplace else and get another MRI & results the day they're promised and be accurate. Sincerely, a Retired nurse
