Awesome experience from start to finish. Friendly, attentive staff, very clean, truly "open". Most worthy for people with moderate to severe claustrophobia.
Been trying for 10 days just to schedule an appointment. They keep telling me they are waiting on insurance authorization. I'm a Radiologic Technologist, so I thought that was crazy. I called my insurance and they have no request in the system. I decided to call Basha and I got an appointment IMMEDIATELY. No back and forth onge phone, no waiting for insurance. Nothing. This place is awful. They do no follow ups with anything and why would u tell patients it takes 10 days for an authorization???
They are the worst I don’t recommend them at all, they took 2 weeks to schedule the appointment for me and after all that they didn’t even submit the claim to my insurance, and on my appointment day they made me pay $375 saying that this is all I need to pay the rest is covered by the insurance, and I waited about two hours due to having only one technician processing the MRI, and I’ve been calling their billing department for two months to ask them to submit the claim to the insurance but no one is answering or returning th... read more
Had a prescription sent. They didn’t have a questioned answered from the doctors office so they wanted me to call the doctor for them. I said no and they pulled the prescription out of the system.
I had a great experience every one was nice and professional very clean office great customer service
