The manager Mo, sold me a Toyota Prius with a no good battery and didn’t tell me before the sale.
This review has been long overdue. I've been there multiple of times and my experince has been great. My reason for giving them 5 stars today Is simple. Rescently I went to their shop and they fixed my issue when the dealer had me in merry-go-round. - "what a shame" Lol, my head still hurts from that. Keep it up Premier MotorWerks!
Charged me 250 for a “diagnostic fee” after I asked how much it would cost for them just to look at it….again JUST to look at it…and the guy said “oh I don’t know” … beware… these guys prey on older folk who don’t have much experience in car maintenance and repairs … run from these guys
Came here to fix an emissions issue and got great service all around very knowledgeable people who know what they’re doing. I recommend this mechanic shop for all your car needs!
I nave gotten an oil change here and they greeted me with water. Great customer service.
