Great experience, Tim was very helpful and stayed after hours to accommodate my visit. Had already coordinated with the dealership for parts and repairs (very minor repairs) and covered all the costs himself. When all the repairs were completed a week later, he even drove the vehicle to my house and dropped it off, over an hour away!
