So it's been over 8 weeks since I provided all the information requested to Paula Ramey and still no response to dozens of phone calls and email. Got ahold of Jolanda a week ago and she said she would help but haven't heard anything back from her either. I understand busy and I would understand if you said you don't want to do business with me for whatever reason but this is extremely unprofessional.
