Worked with Joe Oraha, was lied to many times along the way. Be careful using this company. As a mortgage broker, they charge outrages fees to get you a mortgage. Then they will string you along, tell you not to pay your mortgage, promise a closing tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes. They call and tell you on the day of closing, loan didn’t go through, because of late payments , although they knew in the beginning. I wish I never answered the phone the first time Joe Oraha called me.
