Garbage business, cancelled service followed by harassment from the company.
BEWARE! No wonder this place has such a low rating! The employees were literally cuss you out over the phone about a coupon! They have absolutely no customer service and do not use proper English when they’re harassing you over email. It wouldn’t surprise me if their terrible customer service showed in their work as well. Avoid this place !
Should have read the influx of terrible reviews before booking. Sales for new customers listed in several places. When called to confirm my appointment they said it was only on specific services (those discounts were listed separately) when I asked to cancel because it was well over the quoted price, someone got on the line and told me to "learn how to read next time," and hung up. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A SERVICE BUSINESS!
They were supposed to detail a Searay boat, but it was not even washed properly when we got to the marina. They made the most minimal effort and left the boat uncovered when they finished. This outfit is a scam.
