Very unprofessional, and failure to communicate or do proper research. Agreed to work with builder and help us get a house, but just continued to promise things and then never followed through. Didn't even properly research building permit codes and then expected us to payout a ridiculous amount of money and not ask questions. When you do ask questions they lie and condescendingly reply. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH PREMIER MIDWEST REALTY. I have been interested in purchasing a house listed by Kason Wallace at Premier Midwest Realty. I have the cash on hand for a cash offer. My calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, as were my real estate agent's. Eventually I setup a confirmed meeting through an online scheduler... and she stood us up again.
