Karina Goncharuk a realtor who works for PMRNYC is by far one of the worst. She is very unprofessional, I reached out to her about an apartment listing I was seriously interested in renting and she only responded to me one time via text message. That is not the appropriate way of communicating with someone who’s trying to rent an apartment. I then proceeded to leave her a few voice mails which were also ignored. We haven't gotten any assistance or proper response regarding returning a security deposit from our apartment we had through them last year. PMR and Bobby, have not been helpful at all and have not given any meaningful correspondence to address this. Legal action likely to be taken. My current landlord and agency is a dream compared to this incompetent realty that is PMR.

It feels like they're trying to keep our security deposit since it has been eight months and we have not seen any of the $4400. Don't rent with them if you want a trustworthy and responsive landlord. We never even met the landlord after a year. The apartment advertised a terrace meanwhile we weren't actually able to use it because it causes leaks in the floor below.
