They use and abuse their employees, and they never deliver the day they say they will. The quality of the stones are very poor, always damaged, miss spelled words, stones are dirty and it feels like they do not genuinely care about their customers and they're loved ones.. All they care about is taking your money and sending you in your way...
We hired Premier Memorial to make a stone to replace an existing stone for our brother. We wanted to have it finished and in place by my brother's birthday a month later. They not only finished it in plenty of time but it was beautiful. The price was reasonable also. We would recommend them to anyone.
