This message aims to Dr.Suliman and his staff . This clinic is a complete mess and the management is downright shady. The boss lied to the hardworking staff, telling them they were just “going on vacation,” but never gave them a return date so they couldn’t even file for unemployment. The workers only found out later through other people that they had actually been fired, and by then new employees were already hired. Doctor are excellent above and beyond. The front staff are great. They work hard and get the job done. They are caring and professional. Wonderful bedside manner. This is great for the community because as human beings living in the metro Detroit area we are often overlooked. I highly recommend this facility. 07/26/2025 update
This place is so bad, I suggest going somewhere else ,its very dirty it has a horrible smell. On top of that they are so late with everything, they are not on top of any of your medical records .The staff is not friendly I had a horrible nurse that was rushing me and did not take the time to take care of my medical needs. My nurse was TOMA don't ever have her as your nurse , again I suggest going somewhere else , this place needs to do better at there hospitality care.
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. What this clinic did to my sister is disgusting. They treated her like she was disposable—forcing her to do medical procedures she wasn’t trained for, then laughing at her when she asked for help. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s cruel. To make things worse, when she needed a tetanus shot, when she got injured doing nurse TOMA’S JOB!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We are deeply disgusted, disappointed and disturbed by how this clinic treats its staff—especially our family member, who worked there. She was pressured to perform a medical task she was neither trained nor qualified to do, which escalated into something worse. Despite clearly telling the nurse practitioner (Toma) that she was uncomfortable and afraid of making a mistake, she was shouted at and forced to do it alone.
