Worst place ever because of the girls working the front desk there are 5 girls there and they can barely speak any English and put you on hold for 20 minutes and forget to answer you i honestly don’t understand how they haven’t been fired… get it together because when I go there I don’t see you all on the phone I see you laughing and joking amongst yourselves in the back this makes no sense…. Have been seeing Dr Chowdury for 3 years and he is very attentive and knowledgeable. Some of the front office staff can work on their manners
I love this clinc so much the doctors are so good . The girl at the desk, Fatimah, was very approachable! She answered my questions in the friendliest manner. I was impressed.She speaks both Arabic and bengali. She helped my mom by translating to her. She’s really good and friendly 🤍
Honestly I was going to get a new doctor because some of the girls at office were clueless and not helpful but today I walked in and met an amazing and kind crew. Shout out to this girl, Fatima. She was very caring and sweet. She was helpful and explained everything to me. Fatima made my wait literally awesome! Asma was also sweet.
في اليوم الماضي زرت العياده لاول مره كنت مريضه وعيادتي الاساسيه مغلقه احببت طاقم العمل الاخوات الممرضات وبالاخص الاخت فاطمه لقد كان تعاملها رائع معي وقامت بالاهتمام بي ومساعدتي من خلال تعبئة معلوماتي وقد تفاجأت بانها تجيد ثلاث لغات وهذا نادراً ما نحصل عليه بصراحه العياده محظوظه بوجودها فيها لقد ساعدتني كثيراً وقامت بالترجمه العربيه لي وايضاً عندما اتت الدكتوره الهنديه قامت بترجمة كلامها وكلامي لبعضنا ، ايضاً لقد لفتت انتباهي الدكتوره انها حقاً تهتم بكل التفاصيل وتقوم بالاستماع بحرص الى المريض عندما يشكوا المه وتحرص على ان تص... read more
