I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way I was treated at this medical office. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and one of the difficulties I experience is that I am unable to write. When I made my appointment, I specifically informed the office in advance that I have MS and that I could not write. Despite knowing this before my appointment, the staff did not make any effort to accommodate my disability or help me complete the necessary paperwork. Premier Medical has gone downhill. Referrals aren’t done as promised and take forever. The exam rooms are dirty and dusty. All the doctors and nurse practitioners we loved have left PMA; the last two doctors I saw I couldn’t understand because of their accents, nor could I get a sentence out before being interrupted or talked over. Unnecessary tests are scheduled. I went in for plantar fasciitis in my foot and the doctor requested a full body x-ray?!
