I expressed my interest in this company, and was sent a sms message from a Monica on my availability. I really appreciated having a message first. I scheduled for a Friday at 10am CST. She told me that worked perfect for her. Monica called me about 10 mins past the scheduled time, and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal.
