I was assigned to an assignment in Rocky Ford Colorado for DAY SHIFT. This company let the facility move me to night shift in the middle of my assignment without my consent. I will never take another assignment with this company again.
I worked with Mia Huffman to find the perfect nurse traveling destination for me. She was patient, diligent, detail oriented, and even responded after work hours. This was a new and scary decision for me, but Mia put my mind at ease and gave me all of the information I needed. Im a travel nurse with Premier Medical Staffing and I would highly recommend any travel professionals to choose them for future assignments. They have competitive rates, a responsive team, and payroll is always on time. My recruiter Jai is amazing! He is always there to answer my questions, no matter how big or small. He helped me negotiate my contract that I’m very happy in, and I hope to continue working with him and Premier in the future.
With so many travel healthcare agencies out here vying to “recruit” you, how do you decide who to work with? Not only are top dollar contracts at the top of my list to help me decide, I also place heavy value on the recruiter that I work with. Most travel nurses will agree that while we are being recruited, the recruiters try to stay as close to us as our skin, but once we start our contracts and/or have problems on the assignment, they are as hard to find as the personal number of an A-list celebrity! Working with Matthew has been a pleasure! As a new traveler it can be scary to jump into it but Matthew made the process so easy and enjoyable.
