Dr. Escarra and entire staff are extremely helpful, professional, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Escarra provided more information in 30 minutes than my previous PCP did in 3 years. Highly recommend this practice!
Making money seems more important than treating a patient and finding a root cause for symptoms. Be sure to know your insurance benefits prior to going to this office. Their insurance verification process is less than ideal. You may be asked to pay up front for costs covered by your insurance that you are not responsible for because they are using a program for verifications that apparently does not provide 100% of policy information. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Dr. Ravid certainly knows his stuff!!! I had PRP done 2 years and 7 months ago for a triple tear that was pretty severe and I was on the verge of rotator cuff surgery, after finding out how painful it was and how horrible recovery and physical therapy was...had to find a different route.
