I just had the best experience ever! I requested a refill on the portal a few days ago, it never went through and now it’s the weekend. My son would have had to go without his meds. I called the Poughkeepsie office and Alyssa was sooooo helpful! She looked in to why the portal message wasn’t answered and then made sure a new message was sent to a Dr who was working today. I have never had a worst experience at a children’s doctors office than this one. I would be ashamed to be a manager of this office. The incompetence is serious here. If you care about your child’s well being do no bring them to this place.
