My experience with Premier Medical Group has been nothing short of deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism was evident. The office staff is horrible. This is where you see the shortage of workers in the industry and need to scrape the bottom of the barrel. I've been seeing Dr Kathleen Mantaro for about a year. I called for a refill of blood pressure and thyroid meds. Told me they can't do it bc I have seen another primary doctor LAST YEAR. I am on Medicare, we don't choose primary doctors. This place is outstanding the doctors are terrific and very caring. They treat you like family and are very knowledgeable and caring. My doctor is Dr. Montero she is the best and most kind doctor that I have ever met. After 10 surgeries I have met many but she stands out she's the best no matter what kind of day she has she treats all with a beautiful smile and kind words. My wife and I really appreciate her.
