I had bloodwork last week and was to follow up today and discuss my new meds prescribed from last visit. I was told my provider was no longer there and an email was supposedly sent to me. I did NOT recieve an email, phone call, or text informing of her leaving. I did get my bw results, a bill, and to review my last notes though. No other provider was offered to review this. The worst group. Never get anything right from bloodwork to prescription. You leave messages after messages and get nowhere. Please go somewhere else!!!

My experience with Premier Medical Group has been nothing short of deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism was evident. Every online session we had was delayed, with doctors consistently showing up late and spending barely 15 minutes with us—just enough time to rush through the appointment without truly listening or offering any real care. The office staff is horrible. This is where you see the shortage of workers in the industry and need to scrape the bottom of the barrel. I've been seeing Dr Kathleen Mantaro for about a year. I called for a refill of blood pressure and thyroid meds. Told me they can't do it bc I have seen another primary doctor LAST YEAR. I am on Medicare, we don't choose primary doctors.
