Dr Reddy is great. I was treated with respect and professionalism by her and the rest of the staff. I had had a somewhat negative experience with my previous dermatologist, so I am very happy to have someone who is excellent at her job and clearly cares about her patients.
10 stars ⭐️⭐️ My parents had an appointment today and could not stop mentioning how well it went with the new doctor Reddy 👍🏻 The receptionist was so helpful. Vincent & the Doctor gave them a thorough exam , Cassie was very resourceful and prioritizing getting them in together. Great team !
My appointment was for 10:15am after my first appointment was rescheduled a few days before. They rescheduled and pushed it over a month out. It’s 10:50am and I’m still in the waiting room. A lot of reviews are similar to mine so if you value your time use another practice. Same exact thing happened to my husband a few weeks ago. Scheduling is obviously an issue here!
Horrible scheduling. I arrived and waited 45 minutes to see people get taken back within 1 minute of arriving. 4000 people shuffling papers and no one to help patients. Its clearly poorly scheduled as my appt is at 10 am and they are already backed up. Ridiculous.
