I being seen in Premier for few years now. But when finally I got an opportunity to get an appt for OB/GYN I have never felt so humiliated until I was seen by "Dr" Robert Tapia, very unprofessional. I would have preferred to keep my doubts and worries to myself than to make an appointment to see him simply because I felt more comfortable speaking to someone in my native language and not looking for someone else to translate, by the way is his native language too.
