Called them for a week no answer. Waiting for results, had an emergency needed talk to doctor couldn't, can't get in website, waiting for approvals and I ask them have the phone lines been down...and she answers how can I help you...they don't even care. Not the first time some thing like this happened. Stayed because the doctor but I am done .
