I saw Anastasia for maybe a minute and a half. The rest of the time the girl that checked me into the room was helping me. When I would have a question, she would say hold on. She would go out of the room and come back and say she said this and this she was very nice, but I feel like I got no attention from Anastasia. I was told I had lots of urine in my bladder so they cathed me 3 times trying to get it out. I was told finally after 2 1/2 hours that the fluid was not in my bladder. Bad experience. Loved the doctor Anastasia but the staff and nurse here are very unprofessional and rude. The office is very outdated and would definitely not be returning.

Worst experience ever. Great surgeons. Pathetic office and nurses. I had surgery and after for my post op this facility could not find me. No record of me. Also Hippa violation is defenitly going on here. I could hear everything in the room next to mine. I will be contacting the correct people to stop the violations that are happening in this office. After an hour in a half sitting in the doctor's room the nurse says to me can we reschedule your appointment we have already seen 46 patients and the nurses wanted to go home.
