I had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. today and their office was closed. Great experience.
They charged me with so many stuff they didn't mentioned before. They asked me to do a blood test without letting me know in advance that I need to pay for it. Worst of all is the result came out almost 1.5 month after I visit, which by the time I already fully recovered. Then, the doctor called me just to do a follow up phone call ( I did not call her) then charged me $25 dollar for a phone call that I don't need.

I have been looking for a Primary Care Physician, I scheduled an appointment on line, received a call/vm stating I needed to call them before the actual appointment could be made. I called the office, I let the girl answering the phone, the above, she asked for my name and DOB, provided that too her and she responds by telling me, rudely and in a condescending tone " so what exactly are you needing from us?"
