Had a urology appointment with Dr. Singh on the books for 2 months. Walked in on the day only to be told my appointment had been cancelled due to an unspecified IT issue. No phone call, no apology. The (rather rude) receptionist wrote my name and contact info on a legal pad and promised to reschedule. That was a week ago, still no call. I was about to call to reschedule it myself but learned that Premier is also dropping my insurance in a week, so I guess now I won't bother. Ginormous waste of time.
Dr Zouhairi and staff are outstanding!!! They are always compassionate, professional and ready to answer any questions you have.
