The customer service representatives definitely need more thorough training. I often receive inconsistent information, and several representatives have failed to follow through on promises they made on the phone. Each time I call, the answer I receive seems to depend entirely on which representative speak with. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing staff has been similar. Had a urology appointment with Dr. Singh on the books for 2 months. Walked in on the day only to be told my appointment had been cancelled due to an unspecified IT issue. No phone call, no apology. The (rather rude) receptionist wrote my name and contact info on a legal pad and promised to reschedule. That was a week ago, still no call. I was about to call to reschedule it myself but learned that Premier is also dropping my insurance in a week, so I guess now I won't bother. Ginormous waste of time.
