Had appointment for 940 am for blood labs. At 1005 I asked about what was taking so long. The receptionist said she would check. She came back out and said have a seat they are checking on it. Checking on what. It is for a simple blood draw with an appointment. 1025 finally called back for a 3 tube blood draw. Girl said she was sorry for the wait that they double book.
The customer service representatives definitely need more thorough training. I often receive inconsistent information, and several representatives have failed to follow through on promises they made on the phone. Each time I call, the answer I receive seems to depend entirely on which representative speak with. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing staff has been similar.
