Nobody wanna help me to stop gas problems.
The front desk staff were rude condescending and didn’t seem to want to put any effort forth to help with scheduling for the OB-Gym. Seems they don’t like their job nor the doctor. I would not recommend this office to anyone due to the rude front desk. Dana was the main one that was supposed to help us. She seemed very bored and waa not helpful at all. Person who made all my appointments was very proficient and verbal communication nice Dr Singh provided information about procedures very thorough
I submitted an online form for an appointment. 36 hours later no call back. This was after I tried the numbers for the speciality I needed it kept sending me to other specialities. I finally found correct number which put me on hold. I was 28 in que which only moved to 25 after half hour They prompted me to press 1 for a call back except it didn't work!! I always come to this office and I have never had a problem. The ladies at the front desk are always very pleasant. I do not wait long at all for Dr. Lin, all the staff here are very professional, and caring, and Dr. Lin is the best urologist!
