I submitted an online form for an appointment. 36 hours later no call back. This was after I tried the numbers for the speciality I needed it kept sending me to other specialities. I finally found correct number which put me on hold. I was 28 in que which only moved to 25 after half hour They prompted me to press 1 for a call back except it didn't work!! I always come to this office and I have never had a problem. The ladies at the front desk are always very pleasant. I do not wait long at all for Dr. Lin, all the staff here are very professional, and caring, and Dr. Lin is the best urologist!
While I do feel the GI doctor is wonderful I just had a terrible interaction with a receptionist. I called yesterday to leave a message about being in the ER and needing a follow up. Called in today to check in as I had not heard back yet from the office. I said hello I am following up about a message I left yesterday to see if the doctor had a chance to take a look at it. This place has the worst of the worst receptionist’s in all medical practices. The doctors and medical staff are great, but it becomes Unpleasant when you walk through the doors and have to deal with the THREE RECEPTIONIST that checks you in. No empathy, No Respect towards the patients privacy. Just really condescending individuals. I had an appointment to see my doctor and I had to walk Out the office because of their lack of respect towards me as a patient. Hopefully someone can train them on what customer service means.
