Reception is absolutely terrible and needs further training in basic customer service. I usually don't write reviews like this but one young lady was dismissive, rude and combative and extremely unhelpful. Extremely disappointing.
Twice now I have left close to tears because Dr. Sidhu has been condescending and not willing to help me. Do NOT recommend and won't be back.
I just need my medication. I was suppose to have a doctor's appointment on May 11th but they called me the day of to let me know my doctor wasn't in (which is fine as it happens). I called my pharmacist to fax over a refill request the same day which they did. I called Premier 3 times since my pharmacist faxed the request on May 11th during business hours to get an idea of when they would approve the request. Dr.Lau amazing… the East Indian receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! So rude every single time I’ve talked to her. Likes to argue. Why has she not been fired!?!?
Dr. Sameh Wahba is an exceptional family doctor who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes you feel comfortable and respected. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing the best care make every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended.
