The nurse and treating DO, Dr.Renee Sartain were VERY rude, hateful, and had no regard for patient comfort. The room I was placed in was freezing and my husband and I complained and were not offered a blanket or for them to turn the air down. The staff held personal conversations while we waited we could here Dr.Sartain discuss issues with the IRS and how they claimed she had not paid her taxes and that she had paid her taxes and told the man that that worked there and that the man who helped her worked in the same building ... read more
