The service used to make appointments and get in contact with the office is an absolute nightmare. I’m seriously considering switching doctors just to not deal with this outsourced system.
explain to me how you’re gonna make an appointment for somebody without even talking to the patient that you’re making the appointment for you find out via text message and then got a call to find out what the appointment is for and it’s because the insurance company told you to do it OK, well it doesn’t matter who told you to do it you still need to notify the patient that you’re making an appointment for them and don’t know sounds like a bit of a scam so you can start charging people for not showing up appointments that yo... read more
I am truly astounded by the reviews. I have always been treated respectfully at all 3 Ocala locations. Helping others is truly a lifestyle. Not everyone received the calling. Not everyone is of service to others. Please respect those who still serve, protect, heal and take care of us all. P.S be proactive in your health care. You are not the only Patient …just practice patience. The energy you give is exactly what you get!
