The call center is HORRIBLE!!! If it's not bad enough getting an refill is a joke, they actually scheduled me for a Mammogram, WITH PREMIER MEDICAL. THEY DONT HAVE MAMMOGRAM FACILITIES!!!! 🤬 REALLLY!! I went to Dr's appt a few weeks ago...they changed MY primary care Dr. No one told me anything about it. The can go on but I think you get it. Time to change.
I made this appointment almost a month in advance with a Dr. at this office. I thought my appointment was at 2:45 but it was 2:40, I arrive @2:46 and Dr. Yodsui Llop MD, would not see me. This is the second time I have to reschedule an appointment for this particular office. They are not very considered of individuals that's employed.
We love Dr Toth. He listens to us and treats us with respect and kindness. He is a great doctor. The staff is great, too!
I have no idea how this place gets so many high rating when it is literally THE WORST medical facility I have ever been to. First off, I've only been here once. I showed up early for my appointment with no one else in the waiting room and was called in 15 minutes after my appointment time. The receptionist also kept speaking to me like I was stupid, but she was training someone. I figured maybe she was frustrated and having an off day. Dr. Toth is excellent. Listens, explains everything answers your questions. The staff and nurses are friendly
