The front desk was staffed by friendly, helpful people. Dr. Adamarys Gonzales—Ramos was very knowledgeable and thorough. The business of handling referrals and behind the scenes communication leaves much to be desired. It’s frustrating and time consuming trying to get what I need. The specialist had to call them for the referral. The specialist office ordered tests which were received and acknowledged and have been scheduled. Muy mal una de las asistentes me dijo que no me atenderían porque tenía que irme a urgencias porque me iba a dar un paro respiratorio y ella no es doctora para darme un diagnóstico. No me quisieron atender, porque ella y la recepcionista son muy conocidas y ellas tomaron la decisión de que me fuera oh me apuntara para otro lugar u otro día. Me hicieron perder toda la tarde
