The staff at the front desk are very nice great customer service. The Dr Ericson Baldera is good in communication and also very attentive. I requested a referral to see Gastro weeks ago and I'm still waiting the medical assistant send my medication to a different location last but not least waiting for a form to be filled out which my pharmacist said they Fax it over 3x this RX is my diabetic supply. I will say this is the end. It's time for a change can't continue waiting my health is very important.

I called today to register as a new patient The receptionist (man) sounds as if he was Chinese and had a heavy accent. I told him what i was interested in but this guy just wouldn't listen he just kept on rambling and questioning me. there is so much to this call I can't even begin to write all that was sad but I can say is the he was very very rude if you do record all your calls you then can hear the conversation which took place at around 10:30am this is not good for business.
