If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM on June 5, 2026, and drove approximately one hour to this office after waiting nearly two months for the appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk staff(Hispanic lady) that my insurance was not accepted at all, despite being told by the scheduling call center prior to booking that my insurance was verified and accepted. If you need after hours help, you can forget it! I have been on the phone 5 hours now trying to reach a human on the other end of a ringing line, sending emails, and leaving voicemails. I still have yet to hear from a doctor to help me with my problem! I will be changing providers on Monday because of this. I am a handicapped person that is unable to drive, so I can't just jump in my car and go somewhere. I have never dealt with an office like this before! This answering service is absolutely awful!
