I spoke with no less than 7 people in this office to get an appointment because my medication was due to refill. They also insisted I get a dermatologist appointment as well and then called 2 hours before my appointment to tell me they don’t accept my insurance, it was the very first question I asked them five weeks earlier. They have wasted my time, allowed my medications to empty and caused such undue stress, I’m hoping this review will help others because these guys don’t care one single bit. Really good doctor takes time to explain and gives you good information
They sent me a bill two years after the service was provided. They say they are based in The Villages FL. One of the most republican cities in the country but their billing department is located offshore and you can barely understand the representatives. Bad customer service.
