If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM on June 5, 2026, and drove approximately one hour to this office after waiting nearly two months for the appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk staff (Hispanic lady) that my insurance was not accepted, despite being told by the scheduling call center prior to booking that my insurance was accepted. Great and unique rare service. All staff very pleasant from the reception is to the providers in the beginning to the End. Thank you so much premium medical and and not to leave my primary Doctor, Dr. Nelson AYALA. Great Doctor I don’t remember si no provider us search, loving, caring attitude. 💕.

La atención es puntual. A la hora del appointment. El Dr. José Medina es un médico diligente que no escatima esfuerzos en la práctica de exámenes, para guiarse hacia el diagnóstico correcto. El personal del Front desk es diligente y amable..Hoy fui atendida por una joven de nombre Priscila, amable y diligente. Me gusta Premier, porque la atención es más personalizada y cercana con el paciente, que en otras membresías de atención médica. Gracias

This is our second and last time attempting to use Premier Medical for dermatological needs. I've never seen such disjointed care in my life. For your in person appointment there's a telehealth nurse you talk to on a computer, there is no front office desk, when you call about your appointment you're routed to a call center you can barely understand (at one point I think someone dropped the phone and stepped on it mid conversation...), my appointment was rescheduled three times and then moved from in person to telehealth and... read more

Esta gente me debe un reembolso de 60$ desde el 9 de enero y aún no me lo han reembolsado siempre puras escusas que si Miami que si Contabilidad que lo enviaron a otra dirección etc a ver si alguien puede ayudarme. No se puede confiar en este grupo muy mercantilistas.
