Dr. Khanna is wonderful, but the office is a nightmare. Everything about this place is a headache. Dr. Khanna was the only derm I found in the area that didn't have a 2+ month waiting list for new patients. She is kind, understanding and very thorough. The office on the other hand, is a train wreck. Every expereince I have had with them has been hard. Let me start by saying Dr. Sanchez is an excellent doctor but I can’t say the same thing about the front desk staff is very rude and not friendly at all. After complaining to management which I believe doesn’t care at all every time we go there nothing have changed at all. I went for my appointment even though we have several thousand dollar in our insurance account where we don’t have to pay any appointment fees, but they keep on insisting that I had to pay for appointment . Phone calls to the office are impossible. You will never be able to directly call the office. At least a 45 minute to an hour wait each visit and then The Doctor comes in for literally 5 mins doesn’t really listen and leaves. So you spend an hour waiting for a five minute visit and you feel completely unheard. He’s very dry and not there to understand. Also, they will send the lab work to the wrong location and the wrong address for the office every time. There’s a reason why they have very low rating.

I went to take my daughter to a follow up visit from the hospital and was turned away for a bill I didn't even know existed. The person at the front desk was so rude, and disrespectful yelling at telling me that my daughter can't see the doctor until the bill is paid in front of everyone. My daughter was very sick with and infection and she has sickle cell disease she could go into crisis and to be turned away is ridiculous. If anything happens to her my lawyer will be called. I will be calling the BBB and the MQA.
