I would NOT recommend Dr. Sheri He to anyone looking for a responsible dermatologist to manage their acne or Accutane treatment. For the SECOND time, my Accutane treatment has been interrupted because the required iPLEDGE steps were not handled properly or completed on time. During my second month of treatment, she answered the iPLEDGE questions incorrectly. They dont even deserve one star! Wasted my whole afternoon! On the televisit dr didnt even show up on time but an hour later when i called them and mentioned the dr hasnt attended the appointment yet! And my medication emergency needed them, they forgot to send them to pharmacy! So suck! Never will go to here at all anymore
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a dermatologist office. There was still used needles and medicine in the room without being thrown away properly. The person who brought me back switched out the paper for the sitting space while I was in the room. I was asked to remove my shirt in front of the dr instead of being asked to be put in a gown before she came in. She barely looked at my skin. Terrible service and beyond unsanitary.
