This billing company is incompetent and disgraceful they waited almost a year to bill my insurance then are faster like lightning to send to collection agency. I will never goes their facility again never. I should give them a negative star. Will not recommend to anybody
Premier Medical Alliance is managed by incompetent people. The practice's billing department is a disaster. A warning to their patients - I scrutinize every statement because they regularly lose track of received payments. When dealing with Premier assume you owe them less than the amount on your most recent statement.
The Physicians at Bergen Medical are amazing! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me and my family.
If I could give negative stars I would. Insurance and payment people are pathetic. They sent me a bill for a doctors visit while I was in the ER. It wasn’t covered under my insurance. And was charged by the ER and these people. Wrote numerous letters to different attorneys. Thought it was done and then got a judgement and froze my checking account. These people are scum and I will never go to any of there offices again.
Same billing issues happened to us - using a credit collections for a bill that we paid 4 years ago. Creating phantom charges. They are clearly committing billing fraud. We're pursuing action with an attorney.
