Charged for services not rendered. I've called 8 times and was promised a call back "in 2 business days" every time. On the last call I was told that it will be corrected and to ignore my bill. I have received two more bills since then. Send me to collections; it's less frustrating. The next time I need an OB, I'll drive to Gainesville.
They charged me for a new patient office visit and established patient office visit on the same day, so obviously my insurance company won't pay for both (nor should they!) As soon as my services are billed correctly, I will take down this review. Update: It took 3 months and 8 calls to get them to rebill this correctly. I gave you 1 extra star because this was resolved eventually. The next time I need an OB, I'll drive to Gainesville.
IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY TALK ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS IN THE HALLWAY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND HAD TO SEND OFF LABS SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESOLVE, DUE TO "TECHNICAL ISSUES" THE "MALE" DOCTOR IS A CREEP WITH NO BEDSIDE MANOR. THEY MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED AND THE "MALE" DOCTOR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF. TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF OCALA TO SEEK HELP. PLEASE DONT PUT YOU BABY OR DAUGHTER IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE.
