Had a fantastic experience this week. Premier mechanical electric installed a much needed heat pump with furnace combination after a well informed conversation from Premier Mechanicals comfort consultant. I have lived in .y home for a few years now and have tired of the crazy propane costs in the winter and uncomfortable heat in the summer. I called Premier when our heater conked out. They had a Tech available within 24 hours. He was prompt, super professional, and had the heat back on in about half an hour. Truly great service.
Disclaimer: I have never hired this company. But then again I would never hire this company the way they techs drive. Cutting people off, giving the bird, road rage to the extreme.
