Had a fantastic experience this week. Premier mechanical electric installed a much needed heat pump with furnace combination after a well informed conversation from Premier Mechanicals comfort consultant. I have lived in .y home for a few years now and have tired of the crazy propane costs in the winter and uncomfortable heat in the summer. I called Premier when our heater conked out. They had a Tech available within 24 hours. He was prompt, super professional, and had the heat back on in about half an hour. Truly great service.
Disclaimer: I have never hired this company. But then again I would never hire this company the way they techs drive. Cutting people off, giving the bird, road rage to the extreme.
Outstanding service from quote to installation to billing. We had a heat pump added to an existing furnace/ ductwork in an older home. These are real people who understand constraints of a situation and come up with viable, excellent solutions. All members of their team are personable and professional. So nice to deal with individuals who treat everyone, including pets, with kindness. We cannot express how happy we are with the work done for us.
