No patient notes whatsoever after appointments. Multiple times the doctor and I have made a plan and told me to “try this and if it doesn’t work, call and we’ll do this instead.”. Every time I call after this I am made to feel like a crazy person. They have no idea what I’m talking about. I got an enzyme test and had a great review of it with the doctors. This office is an absolute clown show. The level of sheer incompetence is astounding. Here are some of the issues I have come across: 1. They ordered wrong labs so I had to wait 6 months to see a specialist in order for him to order the correct routine lab. When I asked the specialist why they didn’t the order the correct labs the first time he said it was just a lack of understanding on their part. But when I asked premier why they ordered it, they told me it was the correct lab and that the “coding” was wrong. This absolut... read more
Recently had an appt with Nichole Love. She was caring, thorough & listened well. I would highly recommend Nichole. She's a great asset to this team!
I cannot say enough about how great this practice is! I am here weekly and I am constantly impressed by the fantastic staff! My whole family feels so welcome and we always look forward to come into the office!
Disappointed, transferred here as new patient, front desk advised that medical records take a week to request and arrive. Was still waiting after 2 weeks. Clinical staff informed that it can take 2 weeks for records to transfer. Inconsistent information. Blood test is a service that you pay for at time of draw, even then it is estimated. Was not informed prior to test. Was hoping to see one of the Dr's there, to be told that she is not accepting new patients.
