This was the second Mazda 6 I have bought from Premier, the first one In KCMO was fine, this next one in OP...was a painful experience. It was like going to two completely different dealerships. The finance rep was very rude to Me and if it wasn't for Jim(who isn't there anymore) my salesman reconciling the situation, I would have walked out on the sale. Amazing costumer service, i have been part of the Mazda family since 2013 and I have nothing to say but good things. Jim Bogard it’s been my salesman all this years and he is one of the best at what he does.
This is the first negative review I have EVER given, at first I wasn't going to post a review but the longer I waited the more angry I became. We went in looking for a car, our sales person was AWESOME! The finance guy, was extremely unprofessional. I had to try to make the deal alone, my husband was at work as well as trying to coach me through the process. Stay away and go somewhere else. I went get to get my passenger side airbag replaced due to a recall, and they damaged the dashboard and left the inside dirty. I do not recommend getting serviced here. Review updated: After talking to the GM, they brought me back in and repaired the damage. I got a response back from the GM after leaving a google review, as calling the dealership directly was not able to resolve my issie.
