If I could not give any starts I would. This place is 10,000% unprofessional, disorganized and unhelpful. I sent two different checks and my billing invoice in one envelope for December and January’s HOA fees. They only deposited and cleared one of my checks. When I inquired about it the first lady I spoke with told me she would call me back, when she did she gave me a break down of my account. Worst management company ever. I got a notice about my front yard and there is nothing wrong with my yard, apparently they do not know their addresses or property lines, they should research before they send notices like that! I only gave 1 star to post this, they deserve -100
This is likely the worst management company I have experienced in owning multiple properties over the years. Building maintenance is a longshot upon multiple repair requests and snow removal is non existent, even after 25+ phone calls and multiple conversations for situation to be addressed ASAP Unfortunately I'm unable to provide "0" Stars
